excellent for what it covers, it says nada, zilch nothing about other
issues, :

Building Penetration

Roaming

Reception/Antennas

Coverage Maps

Capacity Issues

Weather Effects

Sources of Interference

Batteries

Sales Practices

Billing Practices

etc, etc, etc


Many of the issues discusses or defined are transparent to end user
customers. Many of the above issues are not. I belive the above issues
can be discussed without playing favorites one carrier vs another.
