Yes, I am one of those helpless customer with one of their sim only
package, I finally manage to get hold onto an O2 number that can deal
with One Mobile's left over account. Since One Mobile Telecom's 0870
870 XXXX are all bogus...
They are O2 which have your mobile number in their system.
