I notice that some people are still managing to use the old T-Mobile
Standard Plan - i.e. they weren't automatically transferred to the new pre
pay plan and are still enjoying 5p a minute calls after the first 2 minutes
at 30p.

I wonder if this is an oversight on the part of T-Mobile or does it
represent a change of heart?
