I am currently trying to do some BREW development for a W41S handset on
the au by KDDI network in Japan.

In order to get the BREW AppLoader to be able to connect to the phone's
filesystem, I need to first set the phone up into a "Test-Enabled"
mode. I don't know how to do this, and finding any documentation on it
has been anything but easy.

If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know.
