Win XP Prof with latest updates and PC Suite 6.82.22.0 and Nokia 9300i

I got a new computer and re-installed all my software all over again.
Previouslys I loved my PC Suite and everything worked 100%.

To my diappointpent, I cannot update my contacts from Phone to PC with
PC Suite. When I try to update, I get this message:

The operation could not be completed.

I ONLY get this message with when I want to update the contacts. My
messages work 100%.
I have even un-installed PC Suite completely, with all the driver
programs and everything. I also installed the PC Suite that shipped
with my phone; and then it worked!

I will really appreciate your help. What I cannot understand, is why
did it work 100% on my previous machine, also XP Prof, same Suite,
same phone, but not this one.
