If you're doing it on the cheap, and don't care too much if you break the
phone, you could use a "China" flasher dongle and corresponding software -
cost is about £35-£50.

If you want to do the job right, use a Griffin box - cost approx £250.

Failing that, if it's under warranty, get it flashed at a NSC, if it's not
under warranty get someone who knows what they are doing (with the right
equipment) to do it for you.
