RAZR dropped out of pocket into dog's water dish. The phone turns on,
screen works, alarm works, even the modem function works, but none of
the keys are responsive, so cannot answer calls or dial out. Does it
sound like it wouldn't be a big deal to fix? I believe Rogers warrantee
does not include water damage. Found one outfit that fixes cells,
