I have an I850, deleted a pic by accident. I have
several "undelete" programs, but I can't get my computer to "see" the phone when I connect via USB cable. Apparently I need some type of program to make the phone visible. When I plug the phone into the cable, I hear the "bong" sound, but the phone, "Unknown USB device", nor anything else is visible in Windows Explorer. If I can recover the pic, a sweet candid shot of my daughter, I will lock it to prevent deletion again, but I can't figure out how to get the computer to see the phone. I have done a Google search, as well as looking on howardforums.com and harrythompson.com. If it is there, I can't find it. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks. Robert |
