Wonderful--I hadn't discovered that yet. I still give out RAN's to a
few people local to where I'm at when I'm out of town--no point in THEM
having to pay LD back to my home area when I'm a block away.

"Progress" drives on--leaving pot holes.

The most best one I've found is at Barbados Cable & Wireless. It
has current names (ie, Cingular, Verizon) and current areacodes. Of
course, while C&W roams with ATT no roaming numbers are available.
No other carriers than these three are mentioned (no Alltel or
Centennial, etc.).

I am not sure that there is a list available any more. What with Free LD and
such, very few people need to have the roaming numbers like in the
"Beginning"!!!
