Hi,


I guess I am right in surmising that any tenant is on a fixed term short
contract (because the landlord returns and resumes occupancy twice a year,
etc.).

This may give you some additional flexibility, etc. Further, if screening
tenants you can pick someone reasonable or happy with the provision
envisaged, etc.
