A pity they have absolutely ZERO results other than Who is Best. No
methodology, no description of the survey, the questions, anything. God damn
this shit pisses me off!

Maybe the top carrier was only 1 percent better than some other carrier.
They're still "ranked highest in customer satisfaction". What if all the
carriers were one point apart? It means so little that I have given up ever
listening to another BS JD Power Says So! Argument like are so common.

I don't put much stock in JD Powers. I notice they tend to pay more
attention to people who pamper them. I have been hearing a commercial
lately in which JD Powers is mentioned almost twenty times. The actual
product advertised sucks.

Eeep. They went from market-based scoring (and details) to just a
general "region" based result. Also why is NexTel included in there... I
thought this was for wireless services, not for walkie talkies.
Considering that NexTel was ranked #2 by the report, I have to say that
this current report output by JD Powers is a joke. NexTel ranks just
slightly above Sprint PCS in terms of overall value/quality.

I mean, do you have some evidence that they are paid off, don't follow
scientific procedures for surveys, etc? Anything like that? Or are you
just dissing them because you can't find out the minute details of the
studies?

Well there is an intelligent and well substantiated opinion. Surely we
should all believe the "Mr T" study.
