Cingular does for $4/month (at least on their TDMA network, I assume on GSM also, but don't know for sure). Nextel and Qwest allow CSD, IIRC, for a monthly fee as well. (About $10, IIRC.) AT&T does not allow CSD connections, and I don't know if Sprint does or does not. |
