it's a voice ringer
eg wave file/whatever panasonic uses for voice recording
should be possible to rip if you got the tools.

Thanks Mark, i was wondering if you would know where to get a police siren
ringtone??? has to be a decent life like sound, ive got all the tools to put
it on my fone. So either wav. or midi, would be much appreciated thanks
