I haven't been able to get a GPRS connection over the few days? The
guy from customer service said that the towers were down for maintence
when I called. Is anyone else having problems?

Addtionally is there a public site that anyone knows of that keeps a
list of the status of towers?

I had a momentary problem in Bethesda, MD last night, but everything was
fine there and in Dupont Circle this morning/afternoon.

I had some minor issues and I am getting 'processing please wait' message...
but I am able to read my email and browse. (I am in DC right now and it's
fine).

my service is out too, but I live in the Phoenix area. It turns out
that my promotional rate of $2.99 had expired and deleted the service
even though they sent a letter stating they were making it permenant!

Were you on this plan? You may have the same problem. My account is
currently
on a job ticket for investigation.
