Am I or my apartment electromagnetic?
My (new) Sony Ericsson T200 has just started showing signs of "network busy" or not able to connect. The phone is unlocked so I tried different carrier's SIM cards and all cases, the phone was not able to connect. The carrier says there are no problems in the area. This is the exact same problem I was having with my [three] Nokia 8260's and two replacement 6160's. I have only charged the phone a few times at my apartment or my friends apartment. I have not used a car charger at all. The only commonality ALL of these phones have, besides being owned by me is that it may have been placed on my computer desk. The phone has never fallen or been abused. What the hell is going on? |

Makes structure into untuned dummy load which reduces phone signal level, effectively blocking communication. Maybe an external antenna on side of roof, if pitched, toward comm site would help. |
