Nokia 5110i (for India) does not operate on 1900 Mhz.

They do seem to be 900 and 1900MHz according to a couple of webstites I
found including

5110 is ONLY 900

5185 is ONLY 1900

The 5185 is 800/1900 CDMA and 800 AMPS. It's not even a GSM phone...
