Can a tri-mode fone?

hi i have an audio vox cdm-9000 tri mode has verizon logo on it i was wondering
if i could use cingular on it?

Definitely not. Different technologies. Verizon uses the CDMA
technology and cingular uses either TDMA or GSM technology (depending
on where you live.)
