I hope this is the right place. I recently bought a Motorola MPX200 on ebay
and for the most part I love it. Here is the problem, the headset or
speakerphone only work on incoming call and not on any outboud inititiated
calls. I have re-flashed it twice already and can't figure it out. I have
also tried 3 different headsets and have concluded that this may be
sowftware of hardware related.

Can anyone help?
