I am in the install business and have installed 20 or so i730 car kits
(NNTN4846)
I am having about 17 complaints of volume issues, up and down during
2way and also cellular as well. the strange thing is that my phone might
be low and upon removing it and replacing it in the cradle it will be
loud. and then back to low again or maybe not. The big problem is that I
have customers who haven't complained and my phone is low in their kit
but theirs is fine. After checking software versions i see no
difference. I have called motorola and they gave me a case # and no
follow-up has been made by them. it has been 2 weeks at least.
