I've tried the e-mail from their site several times over the last 2
weeks, also tried the addy's posted in an earlier reply and still not
had a reply.
I have now found a much better and cheaper site :-

Just to update anyone interested in this. I contacted mobilespares -
their name was on the credit card receipt, even though it was m-99 I
ordered with. m-99 sell goods on a commission basis, I don't know how
much stuff they get from Mobile Spares - but I think it is any product
code starting with MS*****.
Anyway, mobile spares have supplied my with the part I ordered and
also sent me £2-00 refund as they sell same product cheaper than m-99
- I just wish I had headr of mobile spares before I ordered from m-99.
They are debiting m-99's account to cover my goods & the refund.
Excellent service from them - I was almost chatting online with
someone from MS - via e-mails on friday evening and thiss morning I
received my keypad & £2-00. I sent them an e-mail this morning to
thank them & had another instant reply :-
