since before Tesco.net was able to offer it (since NTL operates the ISP
side for Tesco)... that's about 6 months from memory, but there were a
number of complaints about signing up but waiting some weeks and then
still not hearing about when their ADSL service would be live...

If I remember correctly they also operate ADSL services for Virgin and
AOL as well.
