My family has three 3360 phones. All have the same battery & charger. I charge
only when the battery indicator is down to one notch.

With two of them, when I plug the charger in, the little indicator on the right
does its dance and when it stops moving if I turn the phone on it says,
"battery full."

Phones work fine and battery life is as promised.

With the third, when the indicator stops and I turn it on there's no "battery
full" messsage, even though the indicator on screen is full to the top, and
this phone has noticably shorter times before I need to recharge.

All get about the same use as far as talk/standby time.

Any ideas? TIA
