Default Griffin Internet and Topletter: Information required. TIA

Anyone have experience or information, from a customer point of view,
regarding either or both of the above service providers?
I need an service provider which does not cap or timeout. Price is a
serious consideration.

Thanks.

I use Griffin in the office, cost effective 20:1 1M service when I
started with them Support is office hours only. The odd outage but no
more than most I suspect.
