I have, but I managed to get in before it went pear-shaped. A collegue at work has been trying since the 28th April, he has been talking to BT for a couple of weeks. Initially they maintained there was no problem but lately they have admitted it isn't working. He has just had his order put through but it had to be manually by BT. BT admitted there was a "serious incident", whatever that means. |
