Sales people often lie in order to gain business or save face.
People actually getting the service often know what they are getting.
I am seeking replies from those actually on that bundle.

The site does not seem to give the information I need.
(I may have simply failed to find it - and yet I looked carefully.)

Virgin Sales said STATIC and you said DYNAMIC.
Someone actually on that service would probably know which is true.

An unofficial website can be useful - until the ISP closes it down.
IIRC there used to be one called NTLhell.
There was also very good unofficial Freeserve website, which gave all
the technical data in a very easy-to-access way.

I am hoping for replies from those in the know i.e. those who are on the
bundle I mentioned.
I realise there won't be many of them yet - since it's a new service.
