The best way is to cease paying for the voice mail service. :-) Tracfone's voice mail is a fee-based service that must be set up by calling the Tracfone business (according to my Tracfone manual). Somewhere along the line the phone number your cell phone uses (presumably) was set up for, and was paid for, voice mail (presumably by you). |

You might be able to contact Tracfone and ask them to turn off the
option as you don't want it. Verizon does it, so I can't see how Tracfone wouldn't. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. You might also see if you can go into it from a landline and disable it yourself. Edc |

The voice mail isn't activated until the customer sets it up. |
