I had my mom's phone on my ScumCom account as a second line. She recently
died and I called ScumCom to cancel her line. Not only did they make me
re-up for another TWO YEARS of service, they CHARGED ME FOR HER LINE FOR
ANOTHER MONTH. ("All cancellation requests have to wait 30 days" is what
the cunt on their CS line told me.)
