Hello, Does anyone in this NG know of a GSM device that can automatically forward a short SMS message (received from either an automatic alarm system or an individual) to several other GSM mobiles, WITHOUT involving the use of a landline or a PC ? I'm looking for a stand-alone mobile/portable unit which could well be basically a GSM mobile into which I could put a SIM card. On receipt of an incoming SMS message the unit should respond by sequentially calling several pre-programmed mobile numbers (maybe 6 or so of them) to forward that SMS message (unmodified) to each of them in turn. Does anything like this already exist as a product, preferably available in the UK? Any thoughts, anyone? Doing a quick google shows a lot of third party SMS programs. e.g. <http://msmobiles.com/news.php/4161.html> -- Adrian C |
