Hi

Hope someone can help me. How can you change the number of seconds on a BT
Mobile before it diverts to voicemail if no answer is received. I phoned up
their customer services about this but they gave an incorrect string to
enter.

So phone them back and tell them, how does anyone else know whether you
typed it in incorrectly.
