Default 3100 Help!!

Have you installed virtual COM port emulation drivers before plugging the
cable in?

If you wish to connect this phone in Oxygen Phone Manager II, in

'Tools' -> 'Options' -> 'Connection and common' you should de-select DKU-5
option, specify virtual COM port's number directly ('Add port' button)

Then change cable type from DAU-9p to DLR-3p (click once with left mouse
button on DAU-9p sign and select DLR-3p in pop-up menu).

You can view additional COM port's number, set by Nokia drivers in the
following window:

For Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server

'Control panel' -> 'System' -> 'Hardware' -> 'Device manager' -> 'Ports COM
& LPT'

For Windows 95/98/ME

'Control panel' -> 'System' -> 'Devices' -> 'Ports COM and LPT'

Also, please, make sure, that Nokia Connection Manager of Nokia PC Suite
software doesn't occupy the cable connection.

Feel free to contact our technical support service directly, if you will
encounter any problems concerning program's functionality and/or
registration process!
With best regards! Maxim Vyalkov
