There are several articles on the net that describe unblocking of cell
phones. However, it is my understanding that many phones cannot be
unblocked. The newer GSM phones can usually be unblocked. Google
should lead you to the names of several companies who will sell a
service of unblocking phones. Even these companies cannot unblock many
of the cell phones. Dick
