The nokia 6820 has room for 500 address entries.
I have over 1000 in my Outlook Personal Address book. I would normally identify who got synced (with other sync software) by mapping a "catagory" name like "phonebook" so that only the select 200 or so names who got assigned to that catagory went to the phone. PC Suite offers no field mapping and thus starts with name 1 and goes to name 500 and telld me the phone memory is full. Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance. Glen |

It has more flexible and smarter Import/Export options (including category mapping) than PCSuite. Trial version is enough to test the needed feature. With best regards. Oleg Fyodorov. First, you could create another Outlook contacts folder and put all "non-phone" contacts in there and synch with the reduced "phne" folder only. Or, your could use a third party product (such as Oxygen, which I use) and use a category to phone group map. |
