Default Is DKU-5 a serial cable? Follow-up question.

Thanks to Richard Colton and god for your replies (Re: Is DKU-5 a
serial cable?). Sorry I cannot reply to your replies as I am only
using Google groups. The entries are delayed.

I bought a generic serial port cable for my 3100. I wasn't given any
driver but I was told I can find one in the net. Any sites where I can
find one? Thanks in advance!

Frankie

Depends what you want to do with it. Whatever the cable is described as, it
isn't a DKU-5, and as such it won't work with PC Suite. You'll possibly
have more luck using MobiMB or Oxygen.

some peoples, esp on ebay, claims that a kind of serial cable as DKU-5,
that's not true, those only support F-bus and M-bus, can only works on
oxygen or logomanager, you can find a USB dku-5 cables at our site:
http://www.vavolo.com we sold on ebay over 4000 pieces and most of the
clients are very satisfy. drivers also included in the CD-ROM. our DKU-5
support offical nokia pcsuite 5.0~6.0

thanks.
